Unwilling to accept deviation from the conventional. Traditionally, merciful, forgiving, kind, respectable, dutiful. This card also represents joining and accepting. Sometimes interpreted to suggest marriage. Reversed Rejection of traditional morals. A renegade. Anti-establishment. Breaking the rules. Conversely, the inverted card often is thought to represent excessive stubbornness, stodginess, inflexibility or conformity. My way or the highway. In certain contexts, could suggest divorce.
